How to make a rent payment

To Pay Rent In The Bilt Rewards app:

1. Select the 'Pay Rent' tab
2. Tap 'Make a payment' (if you have a balance due, you'll tap 'Pay Now').
   
   
   
3. Enter the amount you'd like to pay (type in the amount for partial payments or tap full amount if paying in full)
4. Once the rent amount is entered, you'll be redirected to the Review & Pay page. Here, you'll get a breakdown of your payment summary to view before you submit
   
   
   FYI: If you want to enable BiltProtect Debit for this rent payment, it can be toggled on during this step. More information on enabling BiltProtect Debit can be found here
   
   
5. If everything looks good, tap 'Pay Now'
   
   
   
6. A confirmation page will appear letting you know a payment has been submitted to your landlord. Tap 'OK' and you've successfully submitted a rent payment!
   
   

To Pay Rent On The Bilt Rewards Website:

1. Select the 'Pay Rent' tab
2. Review your rent payment charges, then tap 'Continue' to make a payment
   
3. You'll be redirected to the Payment Summary page where you can review your payment amount and method before you submit.
   
   FYI: If you want to enable BiltProtect Debit for this rent payment, it can be toggled on during this step. More information on enabling BiltProtect Debit can be found here
   
4. Tap 'Pay' and confirmation your payment was submitted will appear. That's it! You've successfully submitted your rent payment.
